Leonard is the founder & Chief Executive Officer for icrewsystems. He is responsible for all major decisions and to ensure the overall success of the company. He is the supreme commander in the company, but likes to engage directly as a developer majority of the time.
During his college times, he was a Cadet Corporal at the 1 TN Air Squadron, Air Force Station, Tambaram. He represented the directorate at the All India Vayu Sainik Camp, Jodhpur, Rajasthan and emerged as the Best Pilot (Silver) in RC Aerobatics category.
He is an aviator, who got his wings from Orient Flight School, Pondicherry, when he was in highschool. He is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Strategy and Leadership from the prestigious Liverpool Business School, United Kingdom. Prior to this, he has a post graduation diploma in management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR. He also completed his Bachelors in Aviation Sciences from The Madras Flying Club & Diploma in Unix, C, C++ & PHP from Computer Software College, Chrompet, Chennai.
In his free time, he enjoys flying and aeromodelling. He also has a keen interest in music, and can play the Keyboard, Guitar and flute.
